【不良反应和用药监护】
本类药物常见副作用有嗜睡、头晕、乏力等，
以苯海拉明、异丙嗪较多见，
故机动车驾驶员、高空作业人员及机械操作人员在工作期间不宜应用。
此外，由于抗胆碱的作用而致口干或便秘等，
青光眼患者慎用。
长期应用阿司咪唑易致体重增加，
孕妇忌用此药。
小儿应用偶见兴奋不安。
